President - Stephen Brussels  (term:  March 2023 -- March 2026)
Vice President - Patrick Mullen (term: March 2022 -- March 2025)

Pat is in his third year as a board member and serving as VP at the Villages.  Born and raised in Southern California, he moved to the Fresno area of the Central Valley to work.  Pat and his wife, Jean, became owners at the Villages in 2012 and moved here full time in 2021.  His days are kept busy riding their two horses, swimming, running and cycling. Pat says “I would like to help our community continue to thrive as a premier location for all of our full and part time residents as well as our visiting guests.  As a board member, I would like to help in making sure every owner’s voice is heard in the management of this great neighborhood.”
Treasurer -- Garret Wong  (term:  March 2024 -- March 2027)
Garret grew up on Oahu and higher education brought him to California and Washington state.  Garret and his wife Barbara developed and owned an Alaska-based financial planning advisory practice.   After 43 years of successful business, it was time to retire to the Villages as full time residents in 2023. Garret’s hope is his experience as a member of various nonprofit boards in Anchorage will be a helpful contribution to the operations of the Villages. Garret and Barbara have three adult children who live on the mainland and have extended family in Honolulu. Owners since 2019, they enjoy pickleball, swimming, biking, kayaking, and walking the beautiful coastal trails.
Secretary - Harvey Cohen  (term: March 2023 -- March 2026)
Harvey Cohen
Harvey is in his seventh year as a board member and has been an owner since 2013. Born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After meeting his wife Louise, they moved to Chestnut Hill, Boston. Harvey's interests include going to the gym, baking and basic tai chi. Harvey said, "As a board member since 2017, my objective has been to maintain a superior living experience at the Villages while ensuring a sound financial basis for operations. This objective includes maintaining the aloha spirit in all activities with guests, owners, board members, and employees."
Director - Monica DeMeulemeester (term:  March 2022 -- March 2025)
Monica joined the board in 2022.  Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, she moved Seattle after college where she lives with her husband, Scott, and three kids, now in college. Monica and Scott became owners at the Villages in 2020 after visiting the Mauna Lani resort for over 10 years and falling in love with the community. She works for a high-tech company and enjoys frequent getaways to slow down and watch the waves, read several good books, and spend time with family.  Monica believes in the value of being active in a community and giving back with Aloha spirit.  As a board member, "I seek to listen, understand options, and participate in board decision-making for the continued benefit of our special community."
Director - Stephen Stimac (term:  March 2024 -- March 2027)
My wife and I wintered in the Mauna Lani Resort for 10 years before purchasing our unit at the Villages, three years ago. We chose the Villages for its attractive homes, excellent craftsmanship, transparent budget, and major maintenance fund report. These gave us a feeling of strength and permanence here. I joined the board to continue the work that has been done to support all the owners within the Villages. As a board member, "I want to know more about the Villages owners, learn about the issues the Villages has going forward, and apply my skill set to make the Villages a better place."
Director - Justin Ackerman (term: March 2024 -- March 2027)

Property Manager - Jon Wilson
Jon Wilson
Jon joined the Villages in 2022.  After a particularly cold Pennsylvania winter during his senior year of high school, Jon set his sights on the Univ. of HI at Manoa. Jon worked for an environmental assessment consulting firm out of Honolulu for 8 years, which included a survey of the lands where part of Mauna Lani sits today. Jon’s property management experience includes positions in Alaska and Oahu. The weekend often finds Jon fishing, motorcycling, or managing a small livestock ranch in East Hawaii. “When you talk to a neighbor about community matters, don't forget to ask them about their hobbies or recent travels. Above all else, we are striving to create a happy setting to live in.”
